* **No Refunds Once Work Begins**: Since our services involve personalized and technical work, refunds cannot be issued once a project has been initiated.
* Refunds are **not applicable** for:

* Website or app design projects once wireframes or design drafts are shared.
* Domain registrations, hosting, or third-party licenses purchased on the client’s behalf.
* In rare cases where Lime Digital Technologies fails to deliver the agreed scope of work (without client-side delays or changes), a **partial refund may be considered at our discretion**.

* All advance payments made to initiate a project are **non-refundable** once the project begins.
